Weasel (Mustela nivalis) Beachy Head

I spotted this Weasel (Latin name Mustela nivalis) up on Beachy Head last week, happily checking out all the rabbit holes.  So if you’re wondering how do i tell the difference between a weasel and a stoat? A Weasel is much smaller and doesn’t have a black tip to its tail.  Actually its the smallest Mustelid, and Britains smallest carnivore.   Saying that, none of these pictures show its tail !! 🙂
