What to do during lockdown?

I wanted to set myself up with a little garden wildlife project during Covid-19/Coronavirus lockdown here in the UK but wasn’t exactly sure what to do. It obviously needed to be home based and wildlife related which led me, literally, up the garden path.

Several coffees later and lots of staring out the window I had a plan. I wanted to see how many different species of animal I could find in our garden , it’s spring, there’s a tonne of stuff around at the moment so perfect for garden wildlife photography. Easy enough huh, just get outside and start counting. Well, in a word, NO, not hard enough! I needed good pictures too, and I don’t want to be doing this for 12 hours a day.

So, here goes, 1 species per day, no repetitions and photos have to be taken before midday. Now I may take a hundred pictures or so every morning and photograph lots of different species, but I can only choose 1 to post, so the longer I carry on for the more difficult it will get. Makes sense?
